Privacy policy

Last updated: 8 November 2026

This policy explains how TradieTech Solutions ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information. TradieTech Solutions is run by Hussein Ahmed, who is the data controller for the information described here. Questions or requests: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Details you give us through our website form: your name, phone number, email address and the consent choices you make.
  • If you call or text our number (07576 559636): your phone number, the content of your messages, and, if our AI assistant answers, a recording, transcript and summary of the call.
  • Anything you tell us during calls or emails, such as your business name and trade.

How we use it and our lawful basis

  • To reply to your enquiry, arrange a call back and set up a free trial. Lawful basis: steps you have asked us to take before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
  • To send you occasional tips and offers, only if you tick the optional box. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.
  • To provide our service if you become a customer. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.

AI assistant and call recording

Calls and texts to our number may be handled by an AI assistant, which tells you it is an AI. Calls it answers are recorded and transcribed so we can follow up accurately. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you automatically.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our systems, including HighLevel (our customer management, phone and website platform) and its telecoms providers. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details and call records for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, in which case we keep account records for as long as needed for the contract and for up to 6 years afterwards for legal and accounting purposes.

For our customers' callers

When we provide missed-call and AI assistant services to tradespeople, we process their callers' information on their behalf as a data processor. Those businesses are responsible for telling their own customers how their data is used.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Email [email protected] and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
